- Offer technical support to users of XEROX MFP by mail and phone.

- Offer technical support to users of a well known mobile game.- Test the game and provide feedback.- Translate documents from English to Spanish.- Maintain template base.

- Planning, coordinating and controlling the activities in the service operation phase of the service lifecycle for the deals assigned (in Spanish with our Spanish-speaking clients, in English with external companies and non -Spanish-speaking clients).- Negotiating prices, quantities and delivery time-scales- Handling supply/production problems as they arise.- Promoting best-selling items in order to maximize profits- Working closely with other departments (including the company’s factory), and Bulgarian Official institutions (in Bulgarian) both by telephone and by mail.- Realization of diverse types of documents in compliance with international trade of stocks legislations, such as Proforma Invoice, Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Bill of Lading, Certificate of Origin, Insurance policies and others.- Organizing face to face meetings with clients from South America. Trips were held 4-5 times a year. Their goal was to discuss how to improve the services, offer new products and to solve any problem they have experienced.- Making financial presentations to senior managers.
