I was responsible for the planning, coordination and design of manufacturing lean processes, the coordination of new product introductions and the implementation of a production line capable to manufacture Appliances products and their annual volumes with all the involved stations, parts, standards and process required by the organization.I also have assisted and trained the Manufacturing Engineer team with their activities. I have led the introduction for more than 20 new products.

Mexico

As a Reutilization Engineer I designed, led and coordinated the reutilization process from an end to end perspective for high-end storage systems. Reutilization process contributed to save more than three million dollars in one year. I was also responsible for the virtualized storage systems, which are the products with the highest production rate and higher headcount regarding all the Storage systems. I was awarded 1st place in the lean project contest in 2012.

Mexico

Mobile Products (Blackberry) I was responsible for planning, supplying, setting and installing the equipment needed for test execution regarding capacity analysis based on product demand. I defined the test process and trained the manufacturing operators. I assured the successful launch of several products by discovering bugs and designing flaws. I Contributed to the overall improvement in procedures.
