MONITORING- Revised existing logical project frameworks, proposed improvements, developed monitoring plans and data collection tools.- Trained staff and volunteers in the field for data collection and reporting.REPORTING- Collected data, generated reports for indicator analysis and helped project teams to make informed decisions for project management.- Prepared annual reports to present to Peruvian stakeholders and government agencies.- Analyzed qualitative and quantitative information generated by surveys and interviews to project’s stakeholders and prepare presentations on results and findings.EVALUATION- Implemented four end-of-project-cycle evaluations for Water, Sanitation & Hygiene (WASH), Community Economic Development (CED) and Community Health Project (HE). - Developed data collection tools, interviewed and surveyed project stakeholders, aggregate and analyzed collected data.- Prepared project reports including lessons learned and best practice documentation.- Collaborated in data collection process of USAID Small Project Assistant Evaluation for 12 grants in Ica, Lambayeque and Piura managed by GDIT.PROJECT DESIGN- Based on evaluation results, in collaboration with project teams, redesigned Water, Sanitation and Hygiene, Community Economic Development and Community Health Promotion project frameworks and implementation plans including strategies for volunteer site placement, training, stakeholders’ management and communications.CAPACITY BUILDING- Designed and facilitated M&E training for Peace Corps staff and volunteers in Peru- Trained M&E Specialist from Paraguay, Panama, Nicaragua, USA in a technical exchange visit to Peru.- Co-design and co-facilitated a 5-day M&E Workshop on Informed-decision making for Peace Corps staff in Pacific Post: Fiji, Tonga, Vanuatu and Samoa.

- Conducted needs assessment and design of a 27-month continuum of training for volunteers. This training included ten weeks of pre-service training before going to site, one week of in-service training after 4 months in site, one week of technical training during their month 8 in service, and one week of Project Design and Management training for community projects eligible for grants funding.- Managed a team of 10 technical trainers facilitating the project specific training session during Pre-Service Training. - Designed and facilitated Project Design and Management workshops and later coach the community teams for grants writing, application, implementation, monitoring and evaluation in collaboration with Peace Corps Peru’s Grants Coordinator.- Implemented a monitoring and evaluation system to track the achievement of learning objectives for volunteer training.- Coached volunteers to achieve learning objectives and improve performance in the field.
