Worked as a consultant for the USAID on the logistics for the implementation of the New Criminal Justice System in Mexico which will help improve all processes involved in the National Security Plan.

NextLab was an R&D lab program born at MIT. It was founded to solve emerging markets'​ problems through mobile technology. We applied what was learned by encouraging an entrepreneurship mindset in people and endeavours in LATAM. I was involved in four main projects: Startup México: This is Mexico's most important incubator and accelerator. Here, we as NextLab developed the entire online platform. I was in charge of all the customer service area on the most crucial time of the project. I created a simple CRM model which diminished complaints by 85% in the first few months. Nowadays the flow of information between entrepreneurs and Startup México is far more agile and smooth. Código Nacional de Procedimientos Penales: I was project manager of this interactive platform created for the SETEC, a part of the Mexican Secretariat of the Interior in charge of the implementation of the new unified Criminal Code throughout Mexico. We developed an interactive webpage, iOS and Android application to help people of all levels understand the new procedures and processes involved in this great initiative. Tapcentive: It is an in-location marketing platform based in Silicon Valley that unifies mobile interactions with physical experiences to delight consumers and drive retail and brand engagements. The company’s technology combines the use of existing brand apps with NFC and BLE-enabled Touchpoints. I worked as project and product manager for Mexico, they are currently designing the deployment strategy with several global companies with strong brand recognition.Xcale USA by Wayra: This is a project where all startups from Wayra worldwide apply to have the chance to enter an international acceleration program whose aim is to create exit strategies for these startups in the American entrepreneurship ecosystem (mainly in the Boston area). I worked in the initial phase of the project as consultant.
