My role as department manager of the Municipal Projects Team involves managing a team of Project Engineers overseeing multiple Municipal Projects whilst Project Managing concurrent projects.Further Responsibilities and Achievements include;- Project reporting and forecasting to Operations Manager & General Manager with majority of projects running on time and budget.- Contracts management.- Developed healthy working relations with national and international suppliers producing cost savings whilst maintaining a high level of quality.- Presentations to the senior management team on the financial forecasts, marketing projections and emerging products in the Municipal Market.- Liaise with International Ovivo Entities in product development.- Assist the sales department with the preparation of estimations and tendering documentation.- Managing difficult warranty situations with desirable outcomes for all parties.

My role as Project Manager consisted of managing numerous multi-million dollar projects whilst also running smaller concurrent projects.Responsibilities and achievements include;- Project Managed the Design and Supply of the Inlet Works System for the 410ML/day Victorian Desalination Plant which also included Installation Supervision and Commissioning. This project consisted of three Drumscreens and a washwater skid all fabricated in Super Duplex Stainless Steel.- Project Managed the Sea Water Intake System for the Koniambo Nickel Project in New Caledonia. This role involved constant communication with the Ovivo UK Entity and the client in Malaysia.- Project Managed the Design, Manufacture, Installation Supervision and Commissioning of the complete Inlet Works & WAS DAF for the Northern Water Plant for Barwon Water. - Project Managed the Design, Supply, Installation & Commissioning of the Inlet Works System for the 135ML/day Adelaide Desalination Plant. Consisting of three Dual Flow Bandscreens and Washwater Strainer all fabricated in Super Duplex Stainless Steel. - Product Manager for the Oil Separators which included liaising with the end clients, customers, fabricators and suppliers.- Project Manager for the Service Contracts at Lane Cove Tunnel Water Treatment Plant & Epping to Chatswood Rail Line Water Treatment Plant.- Effectively controlled numerous concurrent projects whilst ensuring budgets and schedules were met.
