My design practice focuses on the intersection between society and technology, with my work being oriented towards digital environments in user experience, service design, and design operations. My portfolio shows a range of projects using distinct approaches in research, visual and digital cultures, prototyping, testing and implementation. Yet, they all begin with a user-centered approach, and the acknowledgement that valuable insights come from a clear understanding of people and their surrounding contexts.I believe design has the ability and power to improve our human-condition. To achieve it, we need critical predisposition for unintended outcomes and productive accidents. Creativity comes with a responsibility to understand our role in communities and to respond with imagination to the world around us.
