Started career on January 1995 and have vast management skills, and experience in IT, Business Analysis, Project Management, such as: Project Management, Software Development Lifecycles, IT Governance, Management Risk Management, Software Quality, IT Security, Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), Process Improvement, among others.Been heavily involved in national and international operational and analytical projects in different geographies with national and international teams.Experienced in project management, with experience in PMI processes and knowledge areas, but also in software development in its different life cycles, methodologies and approaches. Certifications, namely:- ISO 27001 Lead Auditor certification - BSI (British Standards Institution);- CRISC, CGEIT and CISA - Accreditation by ANSI ISO/IEC 27024:2003 - by ISACA; - ITIL v3 - Foundation - Exin.Since 2014 was one of the responsibles to support the ERP of Altran Group, being the Manager responsible for the Altran Group ERP since September 2017. ERP supports ~65% of Altran Group Annual Revenues.From August 2nd, 2021, I was appointed as Capacity Management domain leader on Global Operations Monitoring & Services, at Capgemini E&RD group.In summary, the tasks / responsibilities include, but are not limited to:- Manage implementation of IS to meet business needs, acquiring and using the resources, competences, within the parameters of cost, time and quality;- Define strategies to design, planning, definition and revision of deliveries, quality control, risk analysis and reporting, monitoring and organization;- Manage project activities and evaluate their activities;- Estimate costs, deadlines and resources;- Maintain the quality of the project;- Manage the process of scope changes;- Provide effective leadership to the project team by ensuring that team members are motivated and constantly developing their skills and experience.As Manager of PwC Advisory Consulting and Altran Group worked at all levels of organizations (strategic, tactical and operational) in several activity sectors.
