Partner since the conception and formation of the fund. Was responsible for coordinating: the design of the legal, corporate and tax structure; the preparation of the placement memorandum and related marketing material; the review of legal documentation; and the fundraising effort. Led the analysis, evaluation, due diligence and closing of the 5 investments the Fund made during its investment period. Coordinated the deal sourcing and analysis of investment opportunities, having filtered in excess of 250 potential transactions and structured and made 17 investment proposals. In charge of investor relations and reporting. Responsible for finance and administration. Served as Director of Grupo Editorial Armonía and President of the Executive and Audit Committees. Also served as Director of Pacific Star Holdings, Road 9 and Helados de Norte América.
