I love food.I remember the first time that it made an impact on me.I was probably around 16 years old at my dad's place and he was marinating a veal filet in orange juice...I thought to myself, "that's weird..." And I said "what are you doing?"He replied "marinating this steak, why?"I said "in orange juice??? That's weird!!!"He replied "just wait...you'll see..."I patiently waited for him to finish cooking.When he was done, I was skeptical.I reluctantly took the first bite.And it changed my life.From that point on, I became a fan of food.Over the years, I kept trying new cuisines and became a foodie.And it all culminated in my newest venture which started about 6 months ago.I'm a host for America's Best Restaurants.I get to travel the country every month to find the best independently owned restaurants consumers should know about.I get to tell the owner's story and highlight their restaurant in a brand new refreshing light.I get to give them the opportunity to get attention and be seen.Why?Because it matters.Most of these restaurant owners don't have the capability or the resources to be able to create awareness at the level we're doing it.And it's my privilege to be able to provide a platform for them to be highlighted.I'm constantly in search of the best restaurants our nation has to offer.Come with me on this journey and find out the best restaurants in America you should dine at.
