Engineering support to the operational management of the wind assets owned by GDF-SUEZ in Portugal: - Control and follow-up of the contractual guarantees established on the EPC and O&M contracts; monitoring of the O&M sub-contracted activities for wind turbines and electrical facilities of the wind fleet (214 MW) ₋ Responsible for the follow-up of the main KPI’s: availability, efficiency, production, energy losses, energy sales, opex costs, main operational incidents. Direct interface with the Production métier of GDF SUEZ (Generation –Energy Europe) for reporting and benchmarking ₋ Operational support through technical assessments regarding asset management optimization, namely: incident reports, efficiency / performance wind turbines’ improvement, support to root cause analysis concerning to critical components damage through the collaboration with independent experts, service supplier and manufacturers ₋ Participation and support on project business plans (inputs and evaluation) for Opex investments ₋ Participation on the review, implementation and negotiation of O&M contracts; benchmark of alternative contract models/schemes and services ₋ Follow-up of critical works with considerable business risk: repair and replacement of major components after breakdown, EOW and periodical inspections, components assembly/disassembly, both on site or on plant - Implementation of follow-up reports and interface between independent experts and manufacturers under Client/Owner’s representation ₋ Participation on transversal studies towards the assets' optimization of the European fleet, with synergies between the multiple local companies and central branch.
