· Structuring of a company with focus on coffee trading in the financial market and exports.· Key person in the business development and P&L generation of the company.· Responsible for the origination, negotiation and purchase of physical coffee next to rural producers and cooperatives; management of the export book, hedging of operations and arbitrage of positions in the coffee markets of the New York and B3 stock exchanges; contact with financial institutions for fundraising.· Hiring, training and management of a team of 6 professionals - Trader, Origination, Quality, Logistics, Risks (MTM), Finance.· Structuring of a fund for hedge, arbitrage, futures and options operations, as well as physical market transactions.

· Participation in the startup and growth of an investment fund in agricultural land (focus on eucalyptus pulp).· Elaboration of the investment thesis, financial modeling and business plan; conducting roadshows next to institutional investors and family offices to present business opportunities and fundraising.· Relationship with rural producers, technical analysis of productive areas and negotiation of values for acquisition of lands.· Structuring and financial control of fund quotas, preparation and cash flows (company and projects).· Preparation of managerial reports and presentation to investors.· Led the fundraising directed to the purchase of 7,500 ha.

· Structuring of the Agro financing desk "from scratch", participating in the M&A processes between Intercap / Indusval and Indusval / Voiter.· Hiring of team, structuring of processes, controls, procedures, limits, and interfaces with Credit, Treasury, Risks and Finance areas.· In-charge to develop and implemnet strategies for origination, hedge, control and settlement of positions.· Relationship with rural producers, cooperatives, resellers and producers of fertilizers and crop protection for origination, and structuring and issuance of Agricultural Bonds - CPR, CDA/WA, CDCA, LCAs and CRAs.· Definition of operations strategy within local stock exchange (B3); execution of directional trades, hedge, and arbitrage in the futures and options markets stock exchange (B3) as well as Cash & Carry operations between the physical and futures markets.· Management of positions with focus on P&L generation; MTM, risk management and settlement of financial positions.

· Interaction with rural producers and cooperatives (SP, MG and MT) for origination, structuring and issuance of Agricultural Titles - CPR, CDA/WA, CDCA and LCA; credit analysis, payment capacity, pricing, structuring of collaterals with banks.· Definition of strategies on positions, including directional trades, hedge, arbitrage, futures and options of Coffee, Soybeans, Corn, Cattle, Gold, Dollar and Interest at Brazilian, London, Chicago and New York exchanges, as well as Cash & Carry operations between the physical coffee and futures markets; decision taking regarding physical vs. financial settlement and export procedures of commodities.· Administration and control of USD 300 MM position; MTM, risk management, settlement of operations.· Led the issuance of over USD 1.8 billion in Agricultural Bonds (Top#1 structurer in Brazil)· Reporting to the Managing Director; team of 5 professionals.
