At dsm-firmenich, I continue with the responsibilities previously held at ANH Digital HUB, now with an expanded focus on the growth of Lore, Brazil’s first artificial intelligence for livestock. My mission is to establish Lore as an innovative and leading product in the market, continuously delivering value to our clients, increasing its presence in Brazil, and beginning the international expansion into the United States and Europe.In 2023, we won the Inovativos Award in the Agribusiness and Industrial category with the case “LORE, Artificial Intelligence for Livestock.”

As a Product Manager, I have had the opportunity over the years to manage several products, each with unique challenges and learning opportunities. I have been responsible for both established and new products, working from conception and MVP definition to pilot and Go-to-Market.- Management of Mobile and Web products, including Lore, Brazil’s first artificial intelligence for livestock.- Discovery and creation of new products focused on addressing customer needs and optimizing processes.- Management of the roadmap, ensuring product vision, business strategic objectives, and customer feedback.- Management of the product backlog, ensuring clarity and keeping the squad aligned.- Active participation in the product squad throughout all stages of the development cycle, providing insights and customer feedback to keep them motivated and informed about the value generated by the product.- Collaboration with the design team in creating wireframes and prototypes that meet product and customer needs, as well as conducting user research and testing.- Strong involvement in data-driven decision-making, ensuring that product development aligns with the company’s strategy and the actual needs of users.- Responsible for aligning with other squads and areas such as Customer Success, Commercial, Support, and Marketing, aiming to anticipate potential issues and gain a comprehensive view of the product.- Continuous discovery through customer research, metric analysis, and market insights to support the defined strategy and identify new opportunities.- Development of reports for communication, One-Pagers, Status Reports, and functional documentation.

- Development of new features to expand the product into a new business context, including complex integrations with other systems.- Monitoring and supporting new team members, facilitating their integration and contributing to the continuity of work.

- Participation in the development of FarmTell Mills, a product for order management in feed mills, covering all stages from conception in design sprints to pilot, feedback collection, and product expansion.- Work in a squad using agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) to ensure efficient and continuous product delivery.- Provision of ongoing product support, ensuring its operational functionality and addressing user needs.

- Development of solutions using Computer Vision and Machine Learning to optimize industrial processes.- Developer of a system for detecting Stroke (Cerebrovascular Accident) in cranial CT scans. The developed model indicates the probability of a patient having a stroke from an image, assisting healthcare professionals in diagnosis.
