Senior Product & Service Designer with over 9 years in digital transformation and acceleration projects across Brazil and internationally.My design journey began in the countryside, exploring creative solutions in my backyard. Moving to the city, I built a solid path working in one of the leading internal communications agencies in Brazil, one of the world’s largest communications and advertising holdings, and currently, at Brazil’s largest state-owned bank.With a background in Graphic Design, a specialization in Front-End Development, and certifications in Service Design, UX, Business, and Project Management, I bring a balanced blend of aesthetics, functionality, and strategic vision. I have collaborated on diverse projects with global, multidisciplinary teams. At Mirum Agency (WPP), I contributed to increasing daily free trials from 1.5K to 6K and improving mobile performance by 94%.Currently, I consult for Banco do Brasil in UX and Service Design for the Payment Methods – Cards area, leading journey optimizations that benefit both customers and employees. Among my notable projects is a pilot documentation that integrates UX with Technical Writing, recognized internally as the institution’s most complete and complex.I have participated in initiatives awarded in festivals such as Aberje, Cannes Lions, Clio, and El Ojo de Iberoamérica, always with a focus on purpose and user experience.
