• Procurement of logistics services including road and maritime transportation, warehousing, port operations, dredging, tugging and risk management, meeting contract compliance achievement;• SPA for contract management acting side by side with Alcoa’s technical teams (port, sales, expedition, insurance and others) from scope and procurement strategic alignment up to daily contract deliverables management;• Suppliers dispute and contract financial rebalancing;• Strategy definition and usage of HYT (high yield tools) on contract negotiations to ensure best value supply alternative is being captured;• Global transportation team connection for regional strategy share on global BIDs.

• Construction of financial feasibility models and trade-offs of multiples scenarios for increasing the NPV of Horizonte 2 project (pulp plant expansion), including make or buy analyses and different investment funding models (operational leasing, BOT and BTS contracts, factoring, amongst others);• Cost, schedule and technical management of scope for pulp logistics investments during Horizonte 2 project; • CAPEX estimates, management and rolling forecast update and report;• Negotiation of main logistics contracts for handling, warehousing, road and rail transport and other services, adding up to over U$ 100M per year.

• Construction of studies of technical, economical and environmental feasibility to support governmental leasehold processes related to port terminals and railways (bauxite mine and alumina refinery project);• Cost, schedule and technical management through FEL 1, 2 and 3 stages for integrated bauxite mine and alumina refinery and zinc and lead mines projects;• Development of static and dynamic simulation models for complex logistic and industrial operations.

• Coordination of logistic projects including multimodality and new Technologies (TMS, marketplace, NFe, CTe, …);• Construction and analysis of the logistics expenses report, KPIs for each Business Unit and the department annual operational plan.

• Distribution planning of cryogenic gases for Brazil and Colombia;• Inventory and resources management for approximately 400 customers (VMI – VendorManagement Inventory);• KPIs management of the distribution operation.

• Support to customers into the maritime import process;• Freight and shipping condition negotiations with Freight Forwarders, NVOCCs and direct importers;• Shipping coordination of imports from Asia, Europe and American continents.

• Control of the export and import processes of pharmaceutical, machines, reference standards and other goods from and to Latin American and European countries; • Analysis of the financial viability for imports and exports; • Logistic costs conference and report;• Control of the freight forwarders and brokers KPI's.
