I've helped Infobip reinvent HR. People Operations is now a strategic business partner to the top management guided by data-driven practices. In this process I was responsible to build an international and diverse People Ops team of more than 80 members who managed to: scale the organization from 250 to 1400 employees since 2013, establish performance and total rewards strategy, develop employee value proposition and strong employer brand in key strategic markets, introduce learning and development function, and as a result bring a tenfold increase in revenue and return on key HR program investments for Infobip`s 50+ offices.

At a very young age, I was honored and lucky enough to have an opportunity to work with late Professor Richard Hackman at Harvard. Most of my minuscule contribution to his work was focused on adapting his TDS tool (based on his classic „Leading Teams“ book and the six conditions framework theory) in the Balkans markets. I owe much gratitude to Professor Hackman for his mentorship, guidance, and productive sessions about leadership.
