Trust us!- Certain processes (e.g. simplification of invoicing, lead generation in CRM, more efficient reporting, etc.) are no longer done manually and repeatedly by a human, but can be handled by a machine- Robots save costs, e.g. when a company is looking for new specialist. By taking away a boring and repetitive activity from another existing employee who already has company know-how, he/she gains some free time and can be moved into the position, saving on recruitment, training and hardware for the new employee- We help to reduce the error rate that human activity creates. Of course, the error rate will never be zero but lower than before- A robot doesn't know holidays. You don't have to worry whether an employee with specific know-how is going on holiday and who is going to replace him/her. Same applies if an employee leaves the company
