In 2020, I had the honor of being appointed Chief Operating Officer (COO) at KARAKTER by our Board of Directors. The following year marked a new chapter in my professional journey as I founded MATERIA while concurrently managing Grand Prestige Holding and its licensor, Bolle Mannewitz GbR. In 2021, my role evolved further as I assumed the position of Managing Director at Grand Prestige Holding, simultaneously launching STRUKTURA Entertainment, an innovative company for IP development.My professional experience has provided me with a comprehensive understanding of various management contexts, enabling me to develop innovative and cost-effective strategies that enhance profitability.I am dedicated to fostering a sustainable and successful corporate environment, prioritizing a modern, engaging, health-conscious, and productivity-focused corporate culture.In the context of today’s digital landscape, I am actively engaged in the digital transformation of businesses and the complexities of international management. My primary interest, however, is in corporate strategy, specifically aimed at driving long-term growth, expanding the customer base, and broadening business opportunities.
