Upon completion, I was able to advise management on how to improve our current process.• I was able to generate discussion and solutions to knowledge sharing/communication within the workplace, operational inefficiencies and client recognition/identification through constructing and leading a presentation to our team. This presentation effectively broke down silo mentalities between departments and identified who our clients are within the company by recognizing how each department affects one another through workflow.
