In addition, I supported student engagement and development by managing a Peer Mentor program for new international students, encouraging university affinity by providing the opportunity.

I set out the vision for the organization and made it a goal to increase outreach and programming to graduate students. My goal was to make the organization a campus brand, fully engaged with the student body. This manifested itself in our marketing and public relations strategy.

I managed a monetary budget of 300,000 USD provided by the Student Government Association. In addition, I helped oversee the budget as the organization planned events for the student body ensuring that the organization could successfully program all events throughout the academic year while remaining within the allocated budget.
