-Work effectively as part of a field team to advance the adoption of NeuroPace products in a commercial environment.-Facilitate the conduct of clinical trials by working with clinical investigators and NeuroPace clinical and regulatory personnel in a professional and ethical manner.-Insure patient safety to the maximum extent possible by adhering to all applicable regulations, standards and requirements.-Perform on-site training for physicians and allied health personnel.-Accurately and clearly present technical material to customers in small and large group settings.-Perform detailed reporting of product problems.-Provide detailed feedback for product improvement for existing products.-Provide input into the product development process for future products.-Support in-house personnel (engineering, clinical, manufacturing, legal, etc.) as requested to achieve company goals.- Represent the company in a professional manner at all times.

• Train and lead a team of three Technical Support Engineers to support over 150 medical and scientific customers all over North America• Plan and follow a forecast for the Support Department and for Support related expenses • Install all Alpha Omega Neuroscience and Neurosurgery products and train staff on how to correctly use the system• Provide support for Deep Brain Stimulation Stage 1 surgeries and instruct the surgeon/neurologist on how to properly use Alpha Omega’s system• Manage repairs and support for all of North America, which included extensive traveling to any of our customers • Sell backup equipment, Preventative Maintenances, and Service Contracts to support Alpha Omega Equipment• Interface daily with R&D, the QA Department, and Product Management to manage issues in the US with new products, software upgrades, QA/RA issues, and new product validation and verification • Exhibitor at Neurosurgical based Trade Shows and Courses-CNS, AANS, and AASFN
