Together with my father and my brother we brought back to life an iconic ski brand founded in my hometown in South Tyrol in the 1970ies, which – despite full order books and exports to the US and Japan – had to shut down already after a few years because of refinancing problems.In 6 months from the incorporation of the company in February 2020, we set up the whole business and distribute our skis online and for rent through a network of partners in Nothern Italy.I was responsible for all legal and administrative tasks, business controlling, financial planning, communication and marketing strategy.
