Designed QC process for the new Play Impossible Ball. My created process was accepted and sent down to the factory to be followed by new QC hires. Gave input on how to improve the Play Impossible ball in meetings with the design team. Developed/used template for analyzing competitor marketing strategies and presented findings to Marketing Team. Working at a smaller company provided valuable opportunities to regularly sit in high-level meetings and observe the different pieces of a company that make it run successfully.
