I work together with client teams in large transformation programs, assuming the role as program manager, team lead or data specialist. My areas of expertise include program management, profitability analysis and cost follow up, data modeling, scrum, business case development and monitoring.Select experience:> New investment management tool (European Housing Developer): Implementation manager for development and deployment of a new investment and project management tool (built on Anaplan platform). The new solution (with approx. 500 users) harmonized data models and processes across countries while adhering to local legislations> New product pricing tool (Large Nordic Hospital): Project manager for development of a new pricing model. The client’s largest division has a highly complex business model with +4000 products with very varying characteristics. The new solution has successfully been used in all major external price negotiations and served as blueprint for other divisions> Business case control for an IT run rate reduction program (Global High-Tech Company): I developed and implemented business case and follow up structure for a large transition and transformation program targeting 800 MSEK and 40% run rate reduction> CFO for Videoplaza (Ooyala): I rapidly built a streamlined and scalable finance and administrative organization, built a new management and board reporting together with a driver-based budgeting process, handled 200% employee growth, set-up legal entities/operations in multiple countries, took responsibilities for the due diligence process for a successful series B round> Organization re-design and ERP/POS implementation (Nordic Construction Company): I was program manager for a large ERP and business re-design program. I managed + 50 resources (client internal and external). The program covered all Nordic countries and +100 sites. Overall budget was 100 MSEK with a payback time of 3 years
