I have end-to-end responsibility for the DIY ecosystem, including the MyBosch Web, MyBosch App and DIY Deals applications, which are used by more than 2,5 million users in 38 countries. I play a leading role in driving the technological enhancement of multiple, initially separate systems, orchestrating their integration while leveraging system synergies within the PRO and DIY initiatives for improved efficiency and performance. I also manage and closely monitor the majority of the department's budget, which exceeds €1 million.
