I have started working on tugboats in November 2007 as AB. Then in March 2008 I was promoted to the rank of watch officer, and in January 2009 I took command of the first tugboat.During all these years I had the opportunity to operate tugs with a single propeller, twin screw, Voith propeller, Schottel tractor and ASD. Range of bollard pull from 12 tons up to 104 tons. My strongest point is 12 years experience in harbour and LNG terminal towing. I have participated in servicing Q-flex LNG carriers to the LNG terminal in Swinoujscie. Ports of Swinoujscie and Szczecin have no secrets to me. In addition to working in the harbour, I also have experience as an officer and captain in deep sea towing. I have done many towing operations of pontoons, barges and vessels in the Baltic and North Sea.
