With extensive events, risk management experience, corporate requirement assessments, implementation, and post project support. paying close attention to process and associated risks.In my day-to-day employment history, I have liaised with the broader community as well as military veterans, health, allied health, corporate and military and emergency services community. I have worked with all these differing communities to integrate opportunities for veterans and their families. As a veteran and previous Corporal in the Australian Defence Force I have the necessary office, people, and operations management skills in an office environment. As the founder and all-rounder of Heroes on the Homefront and previous Director of Walk for a Veteran Inc, I have a vast experience in events, operations, marketing, advertising, social media, and all online communication. More recently as the Programs and Events officer at RSL Active Victoria where I enhanced my events and project management skills within the RSL Active program.As a military veteran I have utilised a high number of social support services and have a full understanding in the benefit that mental health events support local communities and their families. I have worked with Government agencies, ADF, DVA and an extremely broad defence community in policy adherence and changes.My support management experience includes extensive operation and project management within defence environments in training, personnel, security, and risk management.
