Being part of the Winman implementation team allowed me to fully understand ERP/CRM systems, which in turn has allowed me to closely monitor order statuses and promptly communicate updates to customers and consistently meet sales targets. Within 1-2 days of receiving customer inquiries, I prepared accurate quotes and cost estimates. Efficiently processing customer orders, I ensured timely closures within a 10–20-minute timeframe, adapting to order complexity. Throughout the supply chain, I diligently tracked orders and maintained transparent communication with customers. Additionally, I identified customer needs, offering relevant product solutions and targeted promotions. In this time, I have become a product specialist for ball and plug valves, this helps instil confidence and trust within the client to place repeat orders with myself and the company and creating strong bonds / customer relations along the way.

As part of our commitment to delivering exceptional quality, I meticulously oversaw the quality and certification processes for all incoming products within our organization. My responsibilities included ensuring strict adherence to our internal procedures, guaranteeing that each product meets our rigorous standards. I proactively maintained a comprehensive file system, using virtual cabinet, for certificates, making them easily accessible to all colleagues. Additionally, I diligently monitored ISO 9001 certifications, both for our valued customers and our own company, ensuring they stay up to date. To optimize inventory management, I implemented continuous stock rotation practices, prioritizing the use of older stock. Furthermore, I conducted thorough internal audits across all seven of our affiliated companies, demonstrating our unwavering commitment to following established procedures. Finally, I meticulously picked and packed goods in alignment with customer orders, maintaining a high standard.
