Brain in Hand is a digital innovation designed to transform the way that young people and adults with autism, learning difficulties, mental health conditions or an acquired brain injury are supported by services and their communities. I deliver an end-to-end programme management service to health, social care and education settings across the UK to integrate the Brain in Hand system into existing care and support to achieve better outcomes for people. I train teams and coach individuals on how to apply solution-focused therapy alongside Brain in Hand's technology to help individuals achieve positive changes in their life. I provide ongoing account management and support to help clients get the best results, build evidence of success and develop use of the Brain in Hand system.
