• Hard-working Final Year BA (Honours) in Business student with a 1:1 grade average – as a result of this, I achieved a place on the National College of Ireland Dean’s Honour List 2019/2020 and 2020/2021.• Completed a 15 month work placement with ESB. I worked for the Change of Shipper team, under Customer Operations. This placement allowed me to fine-tune multiple skills, such as my professional communication skills (speaking with customers and liaising with colleagues). As a result of this placement, I have an advanced understanding of the office environment and what traits are required to become a valuable member to a business, and flourish in the professional working environment. • Enrolling in college paved the way for me to develop my personal skills, one of which being teamwork. I have been involved in numerous effective group projects, each proving beneficial. The importance of communication and being a reliable worker have become very clear to me. • Worked part-time in Gibney's of Malahide as floor staff with 3 years of hospitality experience. Vastly enhanced my customer service and communication skills through working in this busy environment. Also, I have developed my multi-tasking abilities through being required to perform multiple essential tasks at once.• Consider myself to be hard-working person which is reinforced by my high level of performance in college. This had been done while juggling a part-time job, working around 16-24 hours a week.• Staying fit such as working out in the gym is one of my favourite hobbies, which I undertake around 3 times a week. Doing so has assisted me in maintaining a high level of motivation, positively affecting my level of productivity.
