About Luke Dahn
I am an educator and music composer , and I have been fortunate to be able to live out these twin passions for the past 17 years teaching music theory and composition in higher education. What I find most rewarding is working with students, making a difference in their lives. Read what my students and colleagues have said about my teaching here: www.lukedahn.net/Teaching.htm. I am also the creator of www.bach-chorales.com, which has become a widely-used resource by Bach scholars and educators.As a creative type who is independently-motivated, I enjoy research (my Bach work), writing (program notes, CD liner notes, blogging), creative design (my two websites), program design (course content creation, program curriculum design), and working with others (collaborating with other musicians, working with students).
