Responsible for managing the testing process through production of test scripts, undertaking system testing and overseeing the UAT testers.

Managed a department offering a conveyancing/litigation product to a number of financial services clients.Overseeing a team of c.30 members of staff.I led a number of significant change projects including restructuring the department's reporting lines and the creation of a bespoke workflow based case management system.Maintained compliance with the regulations imposed on us by the SRA, ISO and FSA.Responsible for managing the client relationships including reporting and review meetings. Experience of leading meetings involving senior staff at major financial institutions including Head of Group Legal and Securities Manager.
