Currently I am a technical supervisor for a large injection moulding manufacturing company making product for the life science market.The team consists from senior technicians to apprentices running a 24/7 operation working closely with production, quality, toolroom and r&d to produce quality parts for the customer.The production environment is in class 10,000 and 100,000 cleanrooms working to the quality standards of ISO 9001 and 13485.Daily objectives are to be in line with the company's KPI's to minimise machine downtime and scrap.
