I have been working for Functional Skills UK ( previously SWIM UK) for over 15 years. We are an independent training provider based in the South East of England offering training and education solutions for the local business to business and business to customer market. I have managed numerous ESF, AEB and Apprenticeships delivery contracts working both as a sub contractor and more recently a lead provider. Functional Skills UK secured our own Adult Education Budget in 2021/22 and are a lead provider in the South East of England offering Government funded short courses to both the employed and Unemployed market.
