I was responsible for project managing the implementation of a flexible benefits package for large licensee clients and ad-hoc internal projects. • Successful implementation of Staffcares largest clients; Aviva and Health Lambert Consulting. • Solely responsible for introducing a project methodology for the implementation department including project plans, snapshot report, action /risk issue logs and costing reporting.• Identifying and implementing statutory changes that need to be incorporated within the software including budget considerations.

I was solely responsible for the administration and development of the European Remedy Call Management System. Primarily configured for and used by internal teams needing to contact IT support staff. Call Logs were raised by 20 European Helpdesks to 100 resolving IT agencies including localised support and global LAN/WAN teams. My priority was to project manage the implementation of these support structures into Remedy and train the users.
