• I joined Gentrack on a maternity cover fixed term contract. In my time at Gentrack:
• I was responsible for the entire onboarding process for new employees, from making the job offer and drawing up the contract to guiding new employees through their first few days.
• Stakeholder management was a key part of my role at Gentrack. I was a point of contact for all line managers. Providing both a consultative and well communicated service to them, on issues ranging from employee.
• I worked closely with the Head of HR and spearheaded a recruitment drive to hire new talent.

At the Explore Group, I worked as a specialist technical recruiter, focusing solely in the Java space. I enjoyed helping people take the next step in their Java career, whether that be as a developer, engineer or architect.
