• Responsible for leading on the project management and set up of new funds and projects, ensuring all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and budget.• Developing project plans, defining project scope and objectives, managing key stakeholders, and coordinating internal resource and external support required.• Drafting of tenders and project proposals, developing solutions to ensure that business requirements are correctly defined and addressed. • Working with a range of different stakeholders, including Governmental departments.

• Experienced in assessing applications for investment and grant finance - Ability to analyse and make objective judgements based upon complex written and financial information• Developed understanding of organisations’ business plans, investment propositions, growth strategies and capabilities.• Experienced in managing a caseload of grants and investees, monitoring performance against agreements.• Good knowledge of the issues facing community- based organisations and a strong desire to help financially viable organisations access new types of investment• Good knowledge of the voluntary and community sector, local and central government and the statutory sector as a whole
