Joining in 2014 to lead PepsiCo Beverages Global growth agenda, I recruited a talented team of Innovation and Insight specialists and delivered multiple new $1Bn+ potential platforms into PepsiCo’s global portfolio including LifeWTR & Bubly.In less than 2 ½ years PepsiCo were able to launch multiple global product platforms as well as a slew of disruptive branded concepts and extensions around the world adding significant value and growth. In addition or insight work led to the $3.2Bn strategic acquisition of Sodastream to compete in the growing sparkling water category alongside our new brand Bubly.

I set up and ran the P & L for a new Innovation function..Clients included The Coca Cola Company, Jagermeister, Bacardi Martini & Constellation Wines.
