I'm a hard working, friendly individual who started working in Retail at Poundland. I started as a customer assistant and worked my way up towards a supervisor role. I had to run a store of 15+ colleagues alone for several hours per day, I was first line of contact in most instances.I have since moved to Morrisons to take on a home delivery picking role, I am responsible for ensuring all customers get the correct products they ordered, and also helping any customers in store, from queries and solutions to helping find the correct stock required. I work great in a team and individually as I am one of the very few who start early enough to not require a Team Leader present to fulfill my duties. I have experience in team leading, assisting sales, customer support, replenishing stock and answering and resolving issues as they come about.In my free time I watch tutorials and browse the Web on new technology and how to troubleshoot, repair and upgrade them.This could range from PC building, adding new HDD's or upgrading internal components, to repairing phone screens or replacing batteries in them. I have around 4 years of hands on experience from self teaching/learning and also from family and friends needing help with their devices. I bought my first PC in 2017 and started to get into all things tech. I slowly upgraded my PC and learned how to do most things on my own with online guides. Since then I have fully built my own custom PC and upgraded it along the way with new components. I have also been able to repair numerous phone and laptop screens and replace batteries and RAM inside a couple of them within the past few years.I have an ever-growing love for Technology and am excited to see what the future brings!.
