Castrol Champion is a hybrid role, finding and introducing Castrol to automotive workshops across the center of the UK. I was quite successful by being honest,understanding and helpful in educating customers on the Castrol product.

I worked 6 months at the Nuneaton Toyota gaining additional experience before getting approached to be parts manager at the Stratford-Upon-Avon branch. I have reached trade targets by meeting and getting to know customers, to help influence them to buy various products.

Learnt the basics of being a parts apprentice then got promoted to parts supervisor once I passed necessary course's. Main duties were selling new parts and accessories to the trade and public, Basic housekeeping.
