-Interim talent sourcing, payroll and statement of works packages.-Analysis and Provision of MI Data-Identifying the shortfall/risk to relevant stakeholders when or if the supply chain fails to supply and explore alternate solutions, flagging potential KPI failures in advance. -Building effective relationships with new and existing clients, conducting client review meetings, health checks and board reviews.-Maintaining and establishing relationships with key clients and suppliers to provide effective day to day running of a contract.-Providing advice and guidance to relevant client stakeholders regarding the strategic and operational direction to ensure cost saving have been achieved with no negative impact to service levels.-Identifying wherever possible the eliminate off contract spend working collaboratively with the client to support and mandate this wherever possible.-Proactively broaden and increase the scope of services to clients to maximise revenue, actively seeking to increase the services offered where appropriate and to increase the adoption of core services (as an example, payroll and screening & vetting).
