I have been working with VYRAL LLC for few years supporting the business in its growth to becoming one of the best online PC companies out there. Working with the founders has been a pleasure and this year we foresee massive growth in the business. This has seen us work closer together in delivering the best experience we can for the customers of VYRAL.

Whilst in my time in the Worcester store we delivered some Great KPI's in the 18 months i managed the shop. We Achieve top 20 status in the business, delivered an incredible 0.3% stock loss result produced a +3.1% YTD figure. Whilst in the Worcester store I supported my Area Manager with store visits and training in other shops. I am the holding area manager in the absence of mine.The Worcester store is a key store to its retail area. Whilst in this store I will be the store in which all season launches will be completed and then delivered to the other shops on the area.The Worcester store is also the area's meeting location which entails organising and supporting AM with meetings for the area from locations to delivering the agenda's.Worcester is a training store in which managers are sent to for their inductions to the business and all relevant training to be carried out before entering their own shops.It's a 2 floor store with sales of 1.5million plus. It has a team of 15 staff and is one of the key shops in the business.

Whilst I was the manager in the Witney store for 12months (secondment covering maternity)I inherited the store performing -8% LFL with a stock loss of 2.2%.These where two of the key KPI's I was driven to change. Coming to the end of my 12 months we have achieved sales of +3.5%LFL at its best. We have also reduced the stock loss from 2.2% down to 0.8%.Whilst in my time in Witney we where also recognised for a prestigious award within whitestuff called OSCAR which is a KPI driven incentive across the business. My team and I made it to the finals in this out of 100+ shops. Unfortunately we didn't win the overall competition but it was a great achievement in such a short space of time. Within the team I had in Witney I managed to develop and recruit some really successful members to the team two of which have gone further in retail up the management ladder one internally and one externally.We have installed a solid progression plan with the new management also in store who I have no doubt will also grow into higher roles within the business.

Oxford white stuff was a problematic store when I arrived under performing in all areas...In my time in oxford we achieved several milestones decreased LFL performance significantly from -15% to finish 1% better than the shops area Cum result.I regained control of stock loss from losing nearly 3% to pull that back inline to 0.7% in our first audit window. This was achieved through successful training and recruitment of the right people.Now having the opportunity to move on has only come about from recruiting a successor and a solid team to continue the growth we have already seen over the past year.

I was responsible for the shop and the team, along with the day to day runnings of my team I was also a key member to my area offering support to other shops and assistance when required.

I was responsible for shop floor layouts and team training. Pushing and driving targets for the team and setting personal goals. Offering guidance and training to help progress the team to achieving key KPI's.
