I was given the task of growing the company within the PAYE umbrella industry. I was given the task of putting together new marketing material and sales material to get the organisations name further out into the industry. I am now tasked with selling the company to recruitment agencies and contract workers nationwide.

Bar ManagerThe Gardeners Arms Jun 2013 - Mar 2014My responsibilities here included, running the bar and managing all of the staff and customers within it. I was In control of the cellar, we had a variety of cask, draught beer, bottled beer and wine. one of my weekly duties was to clean every cask and draught line thoroughly and then make sure all of the cleaning chemical was rinsed completely out of the line. I was responsible for cash handling in a safe and discrete manner. I had a team of staff that worked for me and I was in charge of giving them their daily duties, normally things like cleaning rota's. Who was on floor duties (waiting on) who was on the bar etc. Another of my roles was to look after the stock and order administration. This involved checking what stock we have in the building (food, drink, cleaning product etc.) if we were low on anything then it was my responsibility to order and get a delivery booked or go to the wholesalers. Essentially, my roles at The Gardeners Arms were based more around admin than what you would expect from Bar work.
