This position focuses on ensuring client success with the VAS system by educating clients on the system’s ability to improve their outreach efficiency and performance through advanced pre-recorded audio responses. These responsibilities are completed in tandem with participating in the leadership for the day-to-day operations of the company.

This position requires involvement with every element of the day-to-day operations of the business. This includes oversight of the recruiting, training, onboarding, invoicing, HR, and daily management of all staff. It also involves direct management of the various client accounts and ensuring customer satisfaction to help reach company goals.

A member of the executive team and responsible for the operations of multiple call centers across Canada. This means managing more than 450 employees while simultaneously overseeing various data collection and fieldwork activities along with client interfacing responsibilities.

Wellington, New Zealand

This role requires oversight of all company operations, including field data collection, key informant interviews and all other data-collection activity related to various research projects. Other major components of this role include leading stakeholder meetings, managing client expectations and contributing to the financial and HR aspects of the business.

This advancement from a local management position to a national management position involves the direct oversight of hundreds of staff members and client accounts while maintaining professional excellence.

This role includes managing the Ottawa call center and all field data collection activities in Ottawa, as well as being the primary point of contact for multiple client accounts.
