Between 2017 and 2021, I helped launch and scale Canada’s leading civic technology nonprofit. I managed a team, built the brand, set our communications and content strategy, and worked with over 20 government agencies to deliver digital transformation projects.

I assumed a shared leadership position during a pivotal moment for Code for Canada. Working with other Directors, staff and Board members, I co-created an annual plan and budget for 2021, (re)set our organizational priorities during the COVID-19 pandemic, and kicked off a re-organization process.
