I lead a small team and together we manage property data and records using a property asset management system. This can include managing, sharing and archiving data on asbestos, topographic surveys, sections, elevations, H&S files, O&M manuals and other project records. I'm working towards a more collaborative way of working with partners, districts and boroughs by benchmarking our data and discussing new legislation and sharing proposals. I'm currently gathering a better understanding of other authorities and consultants to ensure we develop the correct way of formatting our existing and future data alongside Building Information Modelling (BIM).

I managed and maintained property drawings that were Council owned, by liaising with surveyors, engineers, project managers and contractors. This included measured surveys on site and drawing up either from scratch or adding to additional drawings on properties such as Schools, Fire Stations, Libraries, admin buildings. Other CAD work included signage and car park design.

I've carried out land & building surveys on site and draw up from scratch to provide to clients, this work involved mapping proposed buildings, setting out foundations, marque layouts/ event planning and boundary disputes.
