Current- I was hired to be the first Director of Research for Marcus & Millichap's Canada operation, with my primary responsibility being to lead the company's research expansion into Canada by defining our strategies and underlying processes;- Manage the production, promotion, and distribution of all Canadian commercial real estate research products;- Gather, analyze, and interpret commercial real estate and macroeconomic data to determine investment trends and opportunities for the Toronto, Southwestern Ontario, Ottawa, Montreal, Vancouver, Edmonton, and Calgary markets for multifamily, retail, office, industrial, and hospitality property types;- Partner with the Marcus & Millichap leadership team to support both broker and client research needs;
