Throughout my career I have held a number of roles and worked in many organisations. My first passion has always been helping people get the best out of themselves and achieve their goals.I have found my ikigai (Japanese reason for being) in Psychosocial Recovery Coaching. My numerous roles, studies, life experiences, and skills have developed me into a compassionate, non judgemental genuine listener.Over my career, I have developed a tool kit that meets clients where they are. These tools and real listening skills enable me to support my clients through incredibly challenging circumstances and crippling mental health conditions.I have a person-centred, strength-based approach, rooted in increasing awareness, client responsibility and action.I assist clients to find limiting core beliefs that may have developed due to childhood trauma. These Core beliefs can then be broken down to stop their unconscious sabotaging effect on the present moment.I use mindfulness training to increase awareness and ground my clients in the present moment and ultimately more enjoyment of life.I have helped numerous clients battle multiple addictions ranging from drug addiction to comfort eating.I have had lived experience with Mental Health which gives me even further insight into Mental health and how to overcome it.I can help you break down barriers stopping you from living the life you want and facilitate and fast-track changeI am a coach, not an expert! I am a peer who has walked a similar road and can empathise with where you are at. I do not tell you what to do, but rather treat you as an expert in your own life and help you find your own answers.

Leading Teacher / Network ManagerGilmore College For Girls Jul 2008 - Mar 2019Footscray, MelbourneKey Contributions When I arrived at Gilmore their network rating according to DEECD guidelines was a 2 out of 5. Basically the school did not really have a network as all computers were stand alone, with basic server control. This meant that they had no central management of user logons (all staff and students logged on using the username: student and password: student). The infrastructure of the network was ad-hoc, over 20 years old and had been unprofessionally designed and installed. The school had no area to share resources such as network drives or an intranet. The staffs skills where very low as they had not been exposed to professional development or innovative ICT tools. Each year I developed E-learning and ICT plan for the school. In 2009 I redesigned the network architecture and negotiated with a number of companies to and rebuilt the school network to improve its bandwidth by 10 times to the PC and 100 times on the backbone. I upgraded the entire printing system at the school including central management. I wrote and submitted a number of funding proposals to government and philanthropy organisations and gained over $100,000 in funding for the ICT development. Ran a professional development program and trained ICT peer coaches to improve their integration of ICT into their classrooms. Restructured the job roles of ICT staff and redeveloped the ICT team. Developed the capacity to manage the complex cultural sensitivities and challenges within an ethnically diverse school community. Developed planned and rolled out of a sustainable 1 to 1 laptop program at the school from 7 -12. Managed and restructured all school databases, including cases 21, Mark book and First class. Managed and updated the school internet page. Developed an intranet for the school and trained staff in its use. Lead and organised a number of school training days. In April 2010 the school was audited with DEECD network guidelines and was rated at 5 out of 5. -
