Coordinating Projects within the customer experience team at E.ON as part of a six month contract with Manpower. Supporting the roll out of pilot CX & Design Thinking training to the business across 8 European countries.

Managing multiple software projects for blue-chip companies around Europe.

Volunteered two days a week to serve my church for a year. Over the 11 months, I coordinated events, led a fun lunch club for year 9 pupils in a local secondary school and carried out maintenance tasks around the building.This year proved to be a very formative for me on a personal level, and Grace Church became the reason I decided to build my career here in Nottingham.Although I now work full time, I still give some of my free time and love being a part of church life!

Helped Laing O'Rourke achieve a Bronze Considerate Constructors Award for the A453 Widening Scheme through my stakeholder management.It was my responsibility to provide local residents and project stakeholders with relevant information about the scheme and answer any complaints and inquiries. I also created a weekly traffic management bulletin for Highways England and a monthly newsletter for the general public, which was published on Nottingham City Council's website. I worked for Laing O'Rourke 3 days a week in order to allow me to volunteer two days a week as an intern at my church.

I refereed and helped to run evening 5-a-Side football tournaments at power league every week during my final year at university.

Awarded an Honorary Life Membership for the way my work benefited the lives of students.-Elected in a cross campus election to represent he interests of students to the University and other stakeholders.-Completely reformed the Democratic systems and regulations in the Students'​ Union, making them more outward looking, helpful and student focused.-Re-designed the way SU elections are run, leading to record-breaking voter turnouts.-Jointly co-ordinated a Freshers Address; a presentation in which we welcomed over 8000 new students to the University of Nottingham.-Presented to a wide range of audiences, including 300 community leaders, 150 people regularly at students' union council, prospectus students and parents on open days and school pupils.

-Helped develop the organisation's first ever 5 year strategy.-Part of a trustee board which achieved an increase in our block grant from the University from £1.9M to £2.7M.-Initiated a strategic review of the trustee board's processes and membership.-Scrutinised quarterly financial accounts.

-Elected in a cross campus election to represent 34000 students at the NUS national conference in 2012.-Member of Students' Union Council.

- Ran weekly bible studies with over 20 students.- Organised events throughout the year for the Hall, such as pub quizzes, open mic nights, text a toastie and lunch bars.

- Managed a team of 9 other students in co-ordinating a diverse range of events, such as formal dinners, a trip abroad, a fun-day, nights out, nights in, paint balling, a theme park trip...- Successfully negotiated with University staff for a salad bar every day at meal times, bigger trays, new drinks venders, extended breakfast times, the common room open 24/7 and a fairer discern linearly procedure.

-Moved away from home for a year out in Lincoln where I worked in a team of 6 delivering activities and events for over 2000 young people.-Co-ordinated activities including football, creative workshops, events, sports, fun days, self-esteem sessions, games and trips away. -Designed and ran a 6 week program for young people at the Church who were interested in going deeper in their faith.

-I refereed both youth and adult football.
