I’m Luke Wright, a dedicated Chemical Engineer at Harvest Midstream, specializing in the oil and gas industry, with a strong focus on LPG and crude oil marine terminal operations. I bring a robust technical foundation from my BS in Chemical Engineering (LSU, 2022) and industry experience gained at AirProducts, where I worked in reliability engineering and as a plant engineer. At Harvest Midstream, I lead capital projects spanning pipeline systems and marine terminals, managing everything from initial design and scope development to cost estimation and execution. My role involves close collaboration with field operations, commercial teams, and construction crews to ensure projects meet safety standards, regulatory compliance, and performance benchmarks while staying on schedule and under budget. I’ve recently managed multi-million-dollar projects at a marine terminal, where I’ve helped implement a process safety management program and improved operational efficiency in the transfer of LPG and crude oil.I’m passionate about leveraging my technical expertise to optimize operations and ensure the safe and efficient handling of resources. I continuously seek ways to enhance processes, and my proactive approach to problem-solving has contributed to successful project outcomes. Outside of work, I’m an avid golfer and a music enthusiast.
