I work at Camp Tawonga in the summer in the role of a counsellor, this means that I spend all day, for ten weeks, working with very young children. Ranging in ages from 8-12 years old, I looked after them as their parent and friend. For the first month and a half, I worked with 40 campers and for the last 2 weeks, I worked very intensely with 12 campers. My specialty was working with children with different needs to the others and needed one on one support.
